The Air-Liner MTB from Vittoria is a tyre insert based on technical foam for tubeless use. It protects your rim effectively, prevents punctures and improves grip, making it an absolute must-have!
You can use it whether you are riding with standard wheels or tubeless ready wheels. You are also free to choose a tubeless valve and sealant, but Vittoria recommends the use of ammonia-free sealant.

The Air-Liner was developed in cooperation with Deaneasy. It is milled in Italy from a single piece of technical foam made of cutting-edge polymer.
Unlike foam inserts that are produced and extruded by 3D printers, this manufacturing method does not interfere with the chemical structure of the polymer. The result is an uncompromising product in terms of durability and robustness. Under normal circumstances, the insert lasts up to 2000 hours and even if you ride your tyre flat, you’ll have enough time to patch it: the Air-Liner lasts up to one hour* even without air.
